A stunningly beautiful renovation of this 300yr old cottage! Sympathetically keeping it’s charm with original oak beams. Stayed with a friend for a weekend in January and had a wonderful time. Mark & Jayne, the owners have thought of everything! From the boot room downstairs with bike racks, doggy towels/ treats and an outside tap to rinse them off! Upstairs is amazing, open plan cosy lounge, kitchen diner. 1 dbl bedroom and fantastic bathroom on first floor then on 2nd floor, 2 further dble bedrooms (1 with ensuite) very tastefully decorated. Lovely views of the rolling hills, and a cute little balcony which will be gorgeous to sit out in summer! Not that we used it in January. Lol Ideally situated in a very pretty village, with shops, restaurants and pubs in walking distance. All dog-friendly which is important to me. Ingleton Falls, down the road, is a lovely 3hr walk which has breathtaking views. Well worth seeing but appreciated the lovely big bath afterwards! Mark & Jayne couldn’t do enough for us, talking us through everything like tv/wifi etc. Would highly recommend this tardis of a cottage! Relaxing break or walking/caving/cycling , whatever you want, it’s there. Can’t wait to return in summer!
